Enjoy a relaxing Yoga and Massage weekend at Bala Brook Retreat Centre on Dartmoor. Traditional hatha yoga sessions will take place daily, bringing stillness to the mind and body, including postural techniques and meditation. Additionally, the physiology of the breath will be looked at, with practical exercises, including the Three Part Yogic Breath. The weekend will also include massage workshops with Channie Yong.
